What BLOOM does want to convey to everyone is to inspire other ladies, give advice and positivity and above all continue to believe in themselves and let them shine, that's our goal!
All our kimonos are exclusive, available in all sizes and in limited quantities. What sets BLOOM Valencia apart from other fashion brands is its unexpected color combinations to playful prints, every item carries a touch of whimsy that makes it stand out from the rest.
Story
Katlijn is designer, co-founder of BLOOM Valencia together with her husband Bart. Katlijn's passion for fashion and design started at a young age. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a fashion designer and always loved wearing stylish clothes that make a statement. Bright colours, bold prints, and eye-catching details are her signature style.
Her love for kimonos and vibrant colours is deeply inspired by Mediterranean life, as she has lives in Valencia with her family.
A few years ago, Katlijn combined her entrepreneurial spirit with her passion for fashion to launch BLOOM Valencia. With BLOOM, she creates unique and exclusive kimonos, all designed and made in Valencia. Katlijn personally selects or designs the fabrics, ensuring that each kimono is one-of-a-kind and produced in limited quantities.
In the webshop, you'll find new and exclusive items throughout the year, with a strong focus on slow fashion. By offering only limited-edition creations, Katlijn enhances BLOOM’s exclusivity while promoting sustainability in fashion.
