Returns and refunds

You can return your purchase within 14 days after checkout.

 

The purchase must be unworn and/or unused in the original package with the original label intact.

 

You will receive your full refund in the account used to make the initial payment after your purchase has underwent a quality control. Refunds will arrive in your account within 14 business days.

 

Purchases of products on sale with more than 10% discount will not be refunded. If you have purchased your product using a discount code you can return your purchase.

 

The cost of the return label is at your own expense. 

Exchanges without refund

If you would like to exchange your dress for a different size the same procedure as described above applies without a refund.

 

From the moment we have received your package and it has passed the quality control your new dress will be sent asap.

 

We do not except exchanges for a different model.
