Returns and refunds

You can return your purchase within 14 days after the purchase date. We do not except returns that are sent to us after this day.

 

The purchase must be unworn, unused and/or unwashed, no odors or smells from perfume must be present on the garment, it has to be in the original package with the original label intact.

 

You will receive your full refund in the account used to make your purchase, after your purchase has underwent a quality control. Refunds will arrive in your account within 14 business days.

 

Purchases of products on sale with more than 10% discount will not be refunded. If you have purchased your product using a discount code you can return your purchase.

 

The cost of the return label is at your own expense. 

Exchanges without refund

If you would like to exchange your dress for a different size the same procedure as described above applies without a refund.

 

From the moment we have received your package and it has passed the quality control your new dress will be sent asap.

 

We do not except exchanges for a different model.
